The story
Frank Isaac has had a passion for diamonds and jewelry design for as long as he can remember. While studying at Arizona State University, he took a job at a local jeweler, learned the trade from the ground up and found his calling. More than twenty years later, Isaac Jewelers is a family-owned showroom at Kierland Commons in Scottsdale.
At the heart of the store is Isaac Design, Frank’s own work. He personally designs and supervises every piece: bridal originals and engagement rings set with diamonds he selects by hand, wedding and eternity bands, tennis bracelets, necklaces and earrings, gemstone fashion jewelry, men’s pieces and one-of-a-kind commissions. His signature suites include Luxury Emerald, Diamond Leaf, The Queen, Cleopatra Diamond and One of a Kind.
Isaac Jewelers is an authorized dealer for Franck Muller, Raymond Weil, Maurice Lacroix, Bedat & Co, Hamilton, U-Boat and Michele watches, and for designer jewelry from ALOR, Konstantino, Zancan, KC Designs, Fana and King Baby. The showroom also offers Smart Cut™ diamonds and a hand-picked selection of pre-owned Rolex, Cartier and Breitling watches.
As a diamond wholesaler, the store is one of the area’s largest diamond sources, with loose diamonds at some of the area’s lowest prices. Frank hand-picks a highly trained staff who can help with anything from simple repairs and resizing to delicate restorations and custom designs.
How we work
Frank and his staff work to stay humble. His belief is that treating people with respect and love leads to success, so everyone who walks through the door receives the same consideration and service, no matter how much they spend.
Custom work is the biggest part of the business. It starts with a conversation: you choose the diamond or gemstone, Frank designs the setting around it, and he personally supervises the piece until it’s finished. Bridal collections, new custom designs and everyday pieces are the most popular. Frank has seen yellow gold make a comeback, and more clients choosing fine jewelry they can wear every day.
Service doesn’t end at the sale. The team handles jewelry repair, resizing and restoration, watch repair and battery replacement, and jewelry appraisals. The store also buys, trades and consigns gold, diamonds and fine watches.
Isaac Jewelers is family owned and intends to stay that way. Excellent service builds loyal clients, and loyal clients let the store do more for the community.
